Toyota Car Showroom - Viva Toyota, Hebbal

I had a very good experience with Viva Toyota while purchasing my Toyota Rumion, right from booking through to delivery. I would especially like to thank Mr. Praveen for his excellent support throughout the entire process. He was very friendly, responsive, and professional. He clearly understood my requirements and supported me accordingly at every stage. His response to customers is fantastic, and he ensured that everything was completed on time with a very quick and smooth process. I opted for the car through a corporate car lease, which involved coordination and follow-ups with multiple teams, including my company, leasing vendor, RTO, and other internal teams. Normally, this can be a complicated process, but Praveen made the entire journey much easier for me through his dedication, timely follow-ups, and continuous support. Once again, thank you, Praveen, for your great support. Keep up the excellent work! I would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kannan for his support during the initial process, Mr. Gangadhar for helping with the vehicle arrangement, and Ms. Padma for her assistance with the accessories. Finally, a big thank you to the entire Viva Toyota team and everyone who supported me in getting my Rumion delivered smoothly. Excellent teamwork and a very satisfying customer experience. Well done, Viva Toyota! 👏🚗
