Exceeded the expectations because the service manager and consultant assisted comfortable ways to feel happy and fruitful. Excellent feelings and great support …

Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and share glowing feedback regarding my recent purchase and delivery of the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder from Harsha Toyota. From day one all the way to delivery day, the support I received was exceptional, completely cementing my trust in Toyota and Harsha Toyota. I would like to bring special attention to top management regarding the key team members who made this experience so seamless: Mr. Karthik Hari (Senior Sales Executive): Karthik demonstrated extraordinary patience, professionalism, and dedication throughout the process. I strongly wish to highlight his name to top management for his outstanding customer service. Mr. Chandru: Along with Karthik, Chandru provided extended support at every step. Together, both Karthik and Chandru served as the main pillars of this entire journey. Mrs. Senthamarai (Manager): Her leadership and hands-on guidance helped immensely in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery. Toyota Finance Team: The extended support from the finance team was commendable. Every single commitment made on paper was honored 100% with full transparency. This entire crew delivered beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend Harsha Toyota to any prospective customer looking for genuine support, reliability, and an outstanding car-buying experience. Finally "Trust Toyota, Trust Harsha Toyota" Thank you once again to the entire team! Warm regards, Santhana Suresh
