Toyota Car Showroom - Bharat Toyota, Kolar

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Initially, I had an issue with my vehicle’s insurance repair. A few of the approved parts were not painted properly, and I was disappointed with the service. I raised a complaint and also shared a negative review on Google regarding my experience. After seeing my complaint, Manager Sampath Kumar KP personally contacted me and listened to all the concerns I had raised. He responded very quickly, handled the situation respectfully and professionally, and made sure that my complaints were properly addressed. Sampath also assured me that such an issue would not happen again. I really appreciate the way he took responsibility and followed up on the matter. I am now very happy with the service and the way the team handled my concerns. I would especially like to appreciate Manager Sampath Kumar KP for his excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service. Overall, I’m happy with the support I received from Sampath and the entire team. Thank you for resolving my concerns and giving me a much better experience. 👍
