⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Customer Service by Sundar at Anamallais Toyota! I recently purchased my Toyota Innova Hycross from Anamallais Toyota, and my experience was truly outstanding, thanks to Sundar. I had received a quotation from Krishna Toyota, which is located right next to my house. However, I chose Anamallais Toyota because of Sundar and the trust he built throughout the buying process. What impressed me most was his ability to set the right expectations and deliver 100% on his promises, especially regarding the vehicle delivery. He was transparent, professional, and true to his word. Even on Saturday and Sunday, when the showroom was closed for the holidays, he personally came in to show us the vehicle. He welcomed us warmly and never made us feel that we were inconveniencing him. I must have called him nearly 60 times with various questions and doubts, and he was always patient, responsive, and helpful. Even when I called around midnight, he answered and clarified my concerns. His dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly remarkable. Sundar is hands down the best salesperson I have ever encountered. He understands that selling a car is not just about closing a deal; it is about building trust, keeping promises, and making the entire journey memorable for the customer. Anamallais Toyota is fortunate to have someone like Sundar on its team. He is a real asset to the organisation! If you are planning to buy a Toyota, I highly recommend visiting Anamallais Toyota and asking for Sundar. His service and commitment genuinely make a difference. Thank you, Sundar, for making our Innova Hycross purchase such a wonderful experience!
